Fabtek Stainless Steel Washdown Condensate
Fabtek SS Washdown Condensate Units are constructed from 304 stainless steel with vertically flange-mounted 304SS pumps and stainless steel impellers. Tanks carry a 20-year corrosion warranty, with pumps covered for 5 years (excluding mechanical seal). Stainless steel sight gauge valves with glass or polycarbonate lenses come standard, with optional suction isolation valves.
Units include a NEMA 4 float switch (simplex) or mechanical alternator (duplex), both epoxy-coated and gasketed for watertight service. Stainless steel bushings, seal vents, and fittings are standard.
Washdown-duty motors are available in USDA white epoxy or full 300 series stainless (IP55), with severe-duty (IEEE 841, IP56) and clean room options available. Control panels are offered in multiple NEMA 4/4X enclosures for single or three-phase power and can be mounted or shipped loose.
Single-phase units can run directly from the float switch; panels are optional unless alarms are required.
In-stock orders eligible for small-pack shipments placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. If ordered after 2:00PM EST, it will ship the following business day.
Items to be returned must be approved by Power Plus International, Inc. DBA Boiler USA, and may be subjected to a restocking fee
