Sterling Series 750 low pressure steam traps are built for reliable performance across varying steam pressures. Most models use stainless steel valve cones and seats for superior resistance to high temperatures and abrasion, while select models feature long wearing Tobin bronze cones with brass seats. All thermostats and seats are fully replaceable without shimming or adjustment, and each trap is thoroughly inspected and performance tested before shipment.
Constructed from close grained red brass castings, Sterling traps offer precise machining for steam tight sealing and full interchangeability of parts. Multiple configurations are available, including angle, straightway, vertical, and corner patterns to suit horizontal piping, convectors, and space limited installations. Trap capacities meet Steam Heating Equipment Manufacturers Association standards, with actual performance exceeding published ratings for dependable low pressure operation.
