The Hoffman Series 17C balanced pressure thermostatic steam traps are designed for low pressure heating systems in institutional, commercial, and residential applications. They provide efficient air venting and condensate removal with subcooling to reduce flash steam losses.
Available in 1/2 NPT angle and vertical connections, the 17C features a replaceable Dura-stat module, stainless steel internals, resistance to moderate water hammer and chemical attack, and a maximum operating pressure of 25 PSIG.
