Tube configurations include straight-tube and U-tube designs to accommodate thermal expansion, with optional surface enhancements to increase heat transfer efficiency.
Bonnets and end channels direct tube-side flow and support multi-pass designs, maintaining consistent velocity and pressure drop. Precision-fit baffles support the tube bundle, prevent vibration, and force shell-side fluid across the tubes for maximum heat transfer.
