Ductile Iron Solid-Hub Chainwheels with Malleable Iron Guide Arms
Use these chainwheels for direct mounting to the valve shaft, eliminating the valve hand wheel. Babbitt solid hubs eliminate the need for handwheels by mounting directly to the valve or geared operator stem. Like all Babbit chain wheels, the solid hub controls overhead valves economically and permits direct-to-shaft operation providing safety and versatility. Hubs can be bored to user specifications, or shopped solid for customer drilling. If you require boring prior to receiving the chainwheel, please let us know the boring specifications at the time of ordering.
