Babbitt Standard Chainwheels are an economical solution for operating valves in elevated or hard-to-reach locations. Designed to mount directly to existing valve handwheels, they allow safe and easy manual operation from the floor.
These chainwheels fit valve handwheels ranging from approximately 2" to 36" in diameter and are available in multiple materials to suit different environments, including cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum, bronze, and corrosion-resistant coated options.
Each unit includes a chainwheel, guide arm and cap, and attachment hardware for secure installation. Stainless steel attachment sets and protective coatings (epoxy or galvanized) are available for corrosive conditions.
