The Watson McDaniel WT3000 series thermostatic steam traps are designed for industrial process applications requiring efficient air and condensate removal. Their compact size, all stainless steel construction, and wide operating pressure range make them well suited for light load equipment, small dryers, turbine drains, and high pressure drip service. Thermostatic traps provide superior air handling compared to bucket and thermodynamic disc traps.
These traps automatically discharge condensate and air and can be installed in freeze resistant configurations. Built from 316L stainless steel with hardened stainless internals, the WT3000 series operates at pressures up to 675 PSI and temperatures up to 750°F, delivering reliable performance in demanding steam systems.
