Conbraco Liquid Level Gauge Repair Kits
The Conbraco Liquid Level Gauge Repair Kits are comprehensive maintenance kits designed for use with Conbraco liquid-level gauge assemblies. Each kit includes components such as EPDM washers, stem packing, TFE-/Hypalon-type seals, Teflon washers, brass or stainless friction washers, and detailed instructions. These parts enable restoration of the gauge body’s seal integrity, helping maintain accurate level indication and reliable service in boiler systems. When installing the repair kit, confirm that the kit part number corresponds to the gauge series you have; inspect the valve’s sealing surfaces for corrosion or pitting, clean thoroughly, and replace the old packing and washers every time the glass or valve is removed. Store spare kits in a dry environment to protect elastomeric components from degradation.
