Flat Gage Glass - High Pressure & Reflex
Standard Flat Gauge Glass - Borosilicate

Our gauge glass is manufactured from a special 8488 formulated borosilicate glass, characterized by low coefficient of expansion, high chemical durability and exceptional homogeneity.

The critical dimensions and glass characteristics of each piece of gauge glass is checked at every stage of production to insure that the glasses conform to stringent specifications.  These multistage quality controls assures that our brand of gauge glass can be used with confidence.

Attention to quality and safety leads OEM plant managers, safety engineers and maintenance personnel to choose our brand of gauge glass again and again for the flat gage glass requirements.

Flat gage glass is frequently used in gages manufactured by Penberthy, Daniels, Jerguson and Clark-Reliance.

Whether in the chemical industry, the oil industry or the power supply sector, safety sight glasses are proven and used all over the world whenever visual inspections under extreme temperature or pressure conditions are required in steam vessels, pressure tanks or pipeline systems.

The high safety level is secured by special borosilicate glass of high chemical durability, exceptional purity and homogeneity. Along with a low thermal expansion, which is typical for borosilicate glass, thermal pre-stressing (tempering) creates a particularly high resistance to sudden changes in temperature.

Our product line comprises a complete range of round and long sight glass in varying dimensions to accommodate different pressure and temperature ranges.

Please note: Standard $35 Dollar Minimum
