Sterling 3700 Series Condensate Pump

The Sterlco® 3700 Series is constructed of a heavy cast-iron tank that can be located flush with floor level, in a pit, or above floor. The pump and motor unit and float switch are mounted on top of a removable tank cover, away from moisture and easily accessible. All units have horizontal centrifugal pumps bronze fitted, with integrally mounted ball bearing motors. Duplex units are available in all ratings. They consist of one tank and float switch and two complete pump and motor units (Mechanical Alternator-Optional).

Duplex units
3700 Series Duplex Pumps may be furnished with next size larger tank (dimensions A and B). When mechanical alternator is required, the next larger tank may be used. The mechanical alternator causes pumps to operate alternately. Wear is equalized and, if one unit fails to start, the other motor will continue to operate. Both motors will start if there is a sudden flood of condensate that one unit cannot handle.
