MTH Regenerative Turbine Pumps

MTH Boiler Feed Pumps models T31, T41, and T51 Series close coupled and pedestal mounted regenerative turbine pumps represent the best alternative for low flow applications involving moderate to high pressures (heads up to 700 feet). Combining the latest concepts in turbine hydraulic design with computer controlled manufacturing, MTH Boiler Feed Pumps Model T31, T41 and T51 Series pumps deliver high efficiency performance with low NPSH. Costs are controlled through efficient manufacturing, and the use of standard motors. High efficiency designs require lower horsepower for given pressure/capacity requirements. MTH boiler pumps provide long life and easy serviceability. Multi-vane impellers effectively handle entrained vapor and air with liquid to eliminate vapor lock. Double suction design provides hydraulic balance.

MTH Construction
MTH Standard construction is cast iron bronze fitted. Internal wetted cast iron parts are electroless nickel plated and the bronze impeller is hydraulically balanced to minimize wear. A replaceable bronze shaft sleeve is also provided. Mechanical seal is rated for 230°F. Standard "C" face motors are utilized on closed coupled pumps. MTH Pumps are 100% tested to guarantee performance prior to shipment.

MTH Boiler Pumps Optional Features
Most MTH T31, T41 and T51 Series pumps are also available in material constructions of all iron, all bronze and 316 stainless steel. Pumps can be vertical flange mounted or pedestal mounted for flexible coupling drive. Special seal materials and elastomers are available for temperature and fluid compatibility, as well as internal or external seal flush.
