Our Tape offers superior
insulating properties as well as low chloride content. The pressure sensitive adhesive backing is intended to
facilitate the installation of the tape when adhering the tape to
the surface over which it is being applied. The tape is used around
sheet metal flanges and around small doors. At elevated
temperatures, there will be some loss of adhesive properties.
Applications include: steam tracer line wrapping, hot
pipe protection, exhaust manifold insulation, strip curtains for
oven doors, tadpole tapes and gasketing.

Knitted Rope offers advantages of economy with more consistency
and workability without sacrificing any of the physical, chemical
or high temperature characteristics. Service temperature of
1000°F constant.
Style 250-S - soft and easily
compressible material for gasketing, caulking for oven and furnace
doors and expansion joints, as well as woodstoves.
Style 250-D - firm, dense material
that more resembles twisted rope. Used in applications requiring a
more dense material, yet one which will not unravel during
installation.

Square Dry Packing is manufactured from texturized
yarns. These yarns are square plaited into a dry, dense packing
material. This packing will not shrink or swell in service. Used
as gasketing on covers of processing kettles and tanks. Also this
packing provides excellent service on oven doors. For service
temperatures up to 1000°F. |

Dry-Stitched
Tadpole Tape

 Manufactured
from plain Fiberglass cloth formed over core material of
Fiberglass rope and stitched to provide the characteristic tail
structure. A soft, resilient gasketing material for effective
sealing on light metal flanges and where limited bolting force is
available and where doors and other closures rest on the bulb of
the packing. Dry stitched Fiberglass Tadpole Tapes maintain their
efficiency throughout prolonged service in high temperature
applications to 1000°F against air and gases.

rubber which is formed over core material of Tetraglas rope
providing a resilient, non-absorbent gasketing material for
